Learning Disabilities

We provide full or part time support services for adults with learning disabilities who may have additional or complex needs.

We provide a range of services to enable people to live as independently as possible.

Our support workers work within a framework of care set out by a care plan, which is written in conjunction with the individual and their family. The services may cover:

• Domestic Enablement
• Mobility Support
• Social Inclusion
• Money Management
